| Salutations folks! I’m Fernando Ferreira, a skateboarder since 1989 and a skateboard photographer since 2004. |
| I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil 43 years ago, but now I live in India.I’ve worked with all major skateboard magazines in Brazil, with CemporcentoSkate being the one I worked with for the longest time. |
| Worked with NikeSB for almost 7 years and besides skateboarding I did all sorts of photography on the side: journalism, portrait for magazines, architecture, fashion, and so on. |
| Now I’m following the development of skateboard here in India in its embryonic stage and it has been a wild and fun ride. |

| I met Fernando about 20 years ago, at a championship held in Teresópolis, in the heart of the Rio de Janeiro countryside. At the time, he was just starting out on his photography journey, and I vividly remember the impressive photos he took of me during the event. |
| Since that initial meeting, our bond has deepened considerably. We shared living quarters in São Paulo for a period, traveled to various destinations together in pursuit of our skateboarding and photography passions and even collaborated on an unforgettable feature for a skateboarding magazine in Brazil - a highlight among my interview experiences to this day. |
| Over the years, Fernando made his way to India, but our friendship remained firm and unshakable. He has undoubtedly earned his place among my closest confidants, a dear companion on life's journey. |
