The last proposal didn't meet the minimum threshold, even with all the votes combined.
After receiving constructive feedback from both voters and community members, we downsized our budget and made some changes.
Changes Made, Added, and Removed:
TLDR: Rickyday (me) and Sunny Pires, along with our team, passed a prop on NOUNS, to make a Docuseries in Nicarágua to conquer a Volcano in the name of Nouns as a surf adventure.
We aim to engage the Gnars community in the project. Our initial idea is to have Gnars featured in the episodes (is gonna be there). However, we would like to make an IRL event to launch the docuseries as an extra distribuition, impact and onboarding from our initial prop to Nouns.
We believe this docuseries and Gnars collaboration will significantly benefit our community.
With Prop 512 we are already showing the world what is Nouns and Gnars.

Sunny is getting the attention from big medias as WSL (World Surf League) with noggles at the spotlight! Making the biggest score from Pro Junior category with a 9.33. See video here
With all the noise we are making in the media, Nouns don't have a place to lead people directly. Gnars would be the perfect place to lead new people.
Rickyday and Sunny went to Nico's Podcast, a studio fully branded with noggles and gnars, was 1hrs talk about Surf, Gnars, Nouns and web3.
We have a Press Relations "Virei Notícia" paid by our main proposal for 3 months (from May to the end of July).
We have a schedule with them: in May, reaching out and discussing Nicaragua and Nouns; in June, discussing the trip experience and inviting to premiere event; and in July, the launch of the docuseries and the premiere event.

We would love to host an Gnarly IRL Docuseries premiere event before we launch the episodes on Flamboiar's channel. It would be a special VIP episodes for everyone attending.
We talked to Casa Somar, a renowned local guest house with a beachfront view in Búzios (Sunny's hometown). Is the perfect place, they have the shredder vibe giving kite surf, foil and wing foil classes. Casa Somar loved the idea of a local professional surfer launching his documentary there in the format of an open sky cinema.
They have a gastrobar to provide excelent food and drinks.
Combined with the press relations from prop 512 reaching out to other medias to promote it, we have the perfect combination to reach audience.
The strategy adopted for this event is to "arouse curiosity and they will come to you", rather than relying on workshops and forcing people to pay attention to us. It's been proven that this approach is challenging and not very effective.
We want people to notice this "brand" investing in this kid with surf trips, a documentary team, premiere events, and career development, creating the thought, "Okay, this is new, and I want to understand what those square noogles are all about."
Prominent figures in the surfing world reside in Búzios and are familiar with Sunny and his family. We also aim to hold the event on July 6th, a weekend following the world surfing championship in Saquarema (WSL CT), which is near Búzios. The top professional world champions will be in the area.
The docuseries will serve as an onboarding pathway, but it's not limited to just that. We've developed a strategic awareness plan involving individuals who will amplify its impact through their media channels.
We'll be sending invitation kits to surf and web3 influencers, inviting them to join us for a drink. Each kit will include an invitation card along with the following items, which have our own personalized logo for this project. Mixing the oficial logo from prop 512 and Gnars.

The following kit will be sent to some influencers, as: Familia Surf Dog (already familiarized with gnars through Nico), Gabriel Pastori, Trekinho, Imbica, Phill Rajzman, Gabriel Medina's family (Sunny is close of his family), Surf do bem (social project for girls from 6y to 16y) from Búzios .
During the giveaways following the Docuseries, Sunny and Rickyday, his manager, will give a speech, thanking everyone and explaining a little bit about how everything happened with Nouns and Gnars.
The backdrop will be used so that people can take photos with Sunny, or alone, and post them on their social media. In the artwork, there will be a QR code that will lead people to the Gnars website, along with the Gnars logo itself. We will use the hashtags #SunnyinNicaragua and #gnarspremiere to later track the event's repercussions.
We will also have a photographer to document the event and a filmmaker to create a mini film for social media (CC0), to be shared on the team's, Sunny's, Casa Somar's, and any other interested media's networks, particularly Gnars' social media platforms.
To spark more interest, we'll be offering a complimentary welcome drink to the first 20 guests.
