Pay Lil Gnars for an event in Rio de Janeiro lasting a total of 4 days
Lil Gnars Organization is dedicated to promoting skateboarding as a positive and inclusive activity for children.
Our Social Project aims to bring together young skateboarders to explore skate spots across the city while prioritizing safety, skill development, and fun. With the guidance of experienced skaters, we seek to create a supportive environment where children can overcome fears, learn new skills, and build confidence through skateboarding challenges.This exciting event spans a total of 4 days, taking place each Sunday starting in the month of March.
Lil Gnars will act on behalf of Gnars; this partnership is poised to significantly contribute to the growth of our DAO. Lil Gnars' involvement will bring additional expertise, resources, and a new perspective to our initiative, further increasing the impact of our skateboarding community. Together, we hope to foster a positive and empowering environment for young skateboarders.
The proposal also establishes that DeathCat (Pedro Dobler) is the leader of the Lil Gnars organization.
Pedro Dobler is a multi-talented individual with a diverse range of passions and expertise. With two decades of experience under his belt, Pedro is a seasoned skateboarder, having honed his skills and mastered various tricks over the years.
In addition to his prowess on the skateboard, Pedro has also spent a decade as a skilled boat driver, navigating the waters with finesse and precision. His love for the water extends beyond driving, as he's also an avid practitioner of yoga, finding balance and tranquility through the ancient practice for over a decade.
Media Management: To ensure effective communication and broad visibility of our activities, we have a person responsible for media management in our organization. This team will actively work on promoting events, sharing educational content, and engaging with the community through online platforms and social media. This initiative aims not only to promote program activities but also to encourage community participation and ongoing support.
Skate Spot Exploration: Introduce children to various skate spots in Rio de Janeiro, emphasizing safe practices for traveling to and from each location.
Safety Education: Educate participants on safety measures, traffic awareness, and respectful behavior in public spaces.
Skill Building: Provide opportunities for children to develop their skateboarding skills through challenges designed to push their boundaries and encourage personal growth.
Mentorship: Connect children with seasoned skaters who will act as mentors, while also inviting parents to provide ongoing guidance, support, and encouragement throughout the program.
Our team of monitors consists of qualified skate instructors dedicated to ensuring the safety of all participants throughout the entire event.
Web3 introduction: We will provide an introduction to the Web3 market and open wallets for all childrens
Participants: young skateboarders (aged 10-18) passionate about learn and eager to explore Rio's skate spots.
Location: The events will take place at various iconic skate spots across Rio de Janeiro, carefully selected to provide a diverse range of challenges and historical significance.

Challenges: Experienced skaters will design challenges tailored to each skate spot, focusing on skill, creativity, and historical context. Challenges may include trick-based objectives, navigating specific obstacles, and incorporating elements of the spot's history into skateboarding maneuvers.
Points System: Each challenge will be assigned a predetermined number of points based on its difficulty and creativity. Participants will compete in groups, with points accumulated throughout the event. The group with the highest total points at the end of the event will be declared the winner.
Filming: Professional videographers will capture the event, documenting participants' achievements, the challenges they face, and the historical background of each skate spot. The footage will be compiled into a promotional video showcasing the excitement and educational aspects of the event.
Children will be rewarded during challenges, Among the awards are T-shirts, Skateboards, cryptocurrencies
The skateboards will be made in collaboration with the TiMaFia brand

The requested budget will be allocated to the organization, and Lil Gnars intends to use these funds to finance events and support contributors.
Lil Gnars, acting as a representative of Gnars, aims to ensure that the budget is efficiently managed to cover the expenses associated with our skateboarding initiatives. Additionally, Lil Gnars will spearhead efforts to explore alternative means of financing, leveraging a dedicated team responsible for budget management.
This team will actively seek additional funding sources, contributing to the sustainability and growth of our skateboarding community. Through strategic financial planning and collaboration, we are confident in our ability to secure the necessary resources for successful events and sustained community development.
