When I first deployed Gnars DAO on mainnet, our auction house contract had "The Gnarving" built in. Every 1000 auctions, the auction duration would double, effectively halving our NFT emission rate.

Since migrating to Base, we've yet to have another Gnarving, since we are running on Builder protocol, and not a full suite of custom contracts. So here I am proposing a Gnarving, and to make up for lost time, I'm proposing we change our auction duration to 4 hours 20 minutes.

They are currently 1 hour 20 minutes, but since we've been seeing quite a few Gnars burned, due to no bids, I think making a more substantial change makes perfect sense, and 420 has obvious memetic value lol.

This proposal also extends our voting delay from 1 day to 2, and our voting period from 4 days to 5, taking our full proposal cycle to one week (7 days). Which I think will make scheduling easier and provide a more familiar cadence for voters.

While I'm here, I'd like to apologise for my recent absence. Especially to those I've left hanging with unanswered DMs. I was met with the opportunity to work with some of the people I most admire in crypto, and of course jumped at the chance.

Although I'm still focused on International Meme Fund (IMF), you can expect to see me around a bunch more, helping Gnars out wherever I can, during my free time.

It's delightful to see how well things have been going in my absence.
