**The Idea**

The project aims to create a digital magazine illustrated by DCOT in PDF format, minted as an NFT. Its content will highlight each of the DHnouns created up to token #53, including educational information and showcasing events and individuals within the community. The magazine will be available in two languages: English and Spanish, and sold as an NFT for 6 months with the following profit distribution:

**30%** to Gnars DAO: 0x72ad986ebac0246d2b3c565ab2a1ce3a14ce6f88

**10%** to the author: dcot-deployer.eth

The objective is to generate a return on investment, strengthen the DHnouns community, and attract more people to the Gnars Web3 ecosystem. The magazine will offer educational and creative content, elevating the project's actions and impact by illustrating each video as a one-page story.

Promote Economic Sustainability: Generate revenue through NFT sales to reinvest in community growth.

Strengthen the Community: Highlight events and achievements of members, encouraging greater participation and collaboration.

Expand the Online Community: Utilize the new informational and e-commerce portal DHNOUNS.WTF to showcase the magazine and foster engagement within the DHnouns digital universe.

**1. Planning Phase (1st Month):**

Research the first 53 DHnouns tokens and collect key community events.

Design the magazine layout (index, sections, visual design).

Translate and adapt content for both Spanish and English versions, ensuring proper placement on each page.

**2. Production Phase (Months 2 and 3):**

Create custom illustrations for each DHnoun by DCOT.

Write educational content and feature key stories.

Design and layout the magazine in PDF format.

Conduct reviews and finalize adjustments.

**3. Minting and Sales Phase:**

Mint the magazine as an NFT on compatible platforms.

Launch marketing campaigns to promote it within Web3 and DAO communities.

Cover: Thematic illustration by DCOT.

Editorial: Introduction to the project and magazine purpose.

DHnouns Section: Pages dedicated to the first 53 tokens, featuring illustrations, descriptions, and relevant data.

Community Stories: Key events and achievements of notable members from Gnars and DHnouns.

Web3 Education: Explaining basic and advanced concepts about NFTs, DAOs, and how to join the community.

Closing: Reflection on the project’s impact and an invitation to participate.

**Work Timeline (4 Months)**

Month 1: Research and planning.

Months 2-3: Create illustrations, write content, translate, and design the magazine.

Month 4: Final review, minting of NFTs, and launch.

Active Community: Increase participation in Gnars and DHnouns DAO.

Return on Investment: Generate sustainable revenue for all involved parties.

Project Expansion: Attract new members with a unique, high-quality collectible digital product and integrate it with the DHNOUNS.WTF portal.

Resource Distribution

60% of the revenue will go to DHnouns DAO for future project reinvestment.

30% to Gnars DAO to strengthen the ecosystem.

10% to DCOT as the main author and illustrator.

The contract will be deployed on ZORA within the Base network using the wallet dcot-deployer.eth.
